Who is Subtech for?+
Subtech is being built for subcontractor businesses and their site teams. The first pilot focuses on waterproofing, with project setup, product guidance, ITP records, photos and progress claim workflows.
Can I sign up and use it today?+
Subtech is in early access. You can request access using the form above. Existing approved pilot users can sign in to the current app. Public account registration is still being developed.
Will my workers see my project costs?+
The current app uses roles to restrict employer information. Owners and admins manage costs and claims; workers are limited to the project information and site tasks they are authorised to access.
Can I use Subtech on site?+
Subtech is a web app, designed to be opened in a browser on your phone, tablet or computer. An internet connection is required; offline working isn’t currently available.
How much does it cost?+
Public subscription pricing hasn’t been announced. Request early access and we’ll discuss pilot availability and any costs before you commit.
